Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance business opportunities and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Drive store growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and hosting events.
  • Mentor and develop team members, focusing on maximizing their potential and performance.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide training on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Assist in daily operations and management in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Utilize your vehicle for business-related tasks, including bank deposits.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass background checks as required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary and move throughout the store.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service leadership role.
  • Background in retail, sales, or financial services.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
