Executive Chef and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and beverage operations at The Lofton Hotel, a premier destination in Minneapolis's vibrant loft warehouse district.
This dynamic leader will be responsible for managing the F&B operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and financial viability, all within accordance with Company established standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experience
- Leading a high-performing team of culinary and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality
- Managing inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the F&B operation
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
