We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at RMA Renal Treatment Centers - Mid Atlantic, Inc. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services, including lab value tracking, vital sign monitoring, and outcome management.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by working closely with the clinical team.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality and patient satisfaction goals.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
- CPR certification and basic computer skills are required.
- Supervisory experience and a willingness to supervise are preferred.
