Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and perform necessary maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Sanitation and Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing sanitation tasks and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Accurately maintain records and complete documentation related to production activities, including start-up, operation, and shut-down procedures.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Machine Operation and Loading: Operate machinery and ensure it is loaded with materials to maintain production levels.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a bottling or food industry.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 50 lbs, analytical and mechanical skills, good oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work any shift, 7 days a week, and have a stable work history.
