Job Description
  • Conduct Front Desk activities, such as checking guests in and out efficiently and courteously, responding to customer concerns, and resolving complaints.
  • Monitor and maintain Front Office systems and equipment, reporting any issues as necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences. With a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of revenue management policies and practices, and excellent proficiency in the property's revenue management computer program.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, follow corporate standards and procedures, and maintain customer focus.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager/Supervisor in an equivalent hotel setting.
