About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and supervising Front Desk staff.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to guests, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Operational Management: Overseeing the Front Desk department, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring Front Desk staff to achieve excellent results.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
