We are currently looking for a self-driven Operations Coordinator who is ready to contribute to our project management and growth strategies. This role is essential in supporting our operations and will report directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and providing essential administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project coordination and growth initiatives as directed by the General Manager, ensuring that all objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Assist Department Managers with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Define project goals by reviewing plans and collaborating with management.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes, track deadlines, and remind the management team of critical meetings and tasks.
  • Support Department Managers in developing and assessing marketing strategies, analyzing sales forecasts, updating schedules, and organizing promotional presentations.
  • Compile reports by gathering and analyzing sales data, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Identify project responsibilities, phases, and elements, coordinating with team members and contractors as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to uncover opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare project status updates, analyze trends, and suggest actions to enhance performance.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Work alongside Human Resources to assist the Operations Department in various areas, including:
    • Managing commissions for sales representatives and ensuring timely payments.
    • Facilitating the processing of contracts, agreements, and employee documentation.
    • Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and assisting with related inquiries.
    • Acting as a liaison between sales and production teams to improve communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in operations coordination or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
