About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Director to join our team at InterEcho. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding dormant accounts, and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Identify and generate new leads to grow InterEcho's client base, utilizing your existing network to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers.
  • Expand Dormant Accounts: Re-engage former clients and underutilized accounts, turning them into revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Establish Strong Client Relationships: Meet face-to-face with clients to understand their localization needs and demonstrate the value InterEcho can bring to their global communication and advertising efforts.
  • Maximize Revenue Opportunities: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within both new and existing accounts to boost revenue.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work with clients to secure service agreements that align with their needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of business development and cold outreach experience in B2B services
  • Hunter mentality
  • Existing network
  • Commission-driven
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency working with a CRM
