The ideal candidate will uphold a positive representation of our community among referral sources, residents, and staff.

  • Outreach Initiatives: Conduct outreach activities aimed at the skilled nursing and rehabilitation market, along with other care levels as required.
  • Eligibility Screening: Assess potential admissions for eligibility criteria.
  • Admission Management: Oversee all admission-related tasks, including processing paperwork with residents and families.
  • Facility Tours: Organize and lead tours for prospective residents and referral sources.
  • Timely Communication: Respond to and follow up with all inquiries promptly.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports detailing admissions, discharges, outreach efforts, and other relevant activities.
  • Collaboration: Keep the Sales and Marketing Director and Skilled Nursing Administrator updated on all sales activities.
  • Support for Other Campuses: Assist the sales and marketing director at independent, assisted, and memory care facilities as needed.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director to create and implement events designed to attract prospective residents.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Software Proficiency: Maintain familiarity with all relevant software applications.
  • Admissions Coordination: Manage admissions and transfers between various care levels.
  • Continuum of Care: Work with managers to facilitate residents' transitions through different levels of care.
  • Occupancy Goals: Meet established occupancy expectations.
  • Weekend Coverage: Participate in weekend on-call responsibilities as part of the management rotation.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for skilled nursing services.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields such as Humanities, Psychology, Health Care, or Social Studies.

Experience: 1-3 years in the healthcare industry, ideally within skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.

Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capacity to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication skills are essential.

Driving Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
