We are looking for a future team member to fill the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I within our Client Processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes expertise and judgment to deliver high-quality, complex client service and support to both internal and external clients daily, including phone interactions, problem resolution, transaction processing (both STP and manual), reconciliations, accounting services, and timely updates to client accounts.
  • Conducts intricate, manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.
  • Handles reconciliations, including cash breaks and position discrepancies, while gathering and compiling necessary data.
  • Ensures correspondent accounts are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is advantageous.
  • Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
