Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet manufacturing operations financial targets and key performance indicators.

  • Champion health and safety, environment, good housekeeping, and 5S programs.
  • Provide leadership to accomplish continuous improvement in quality, cycle time, and total cost.
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional work experience in production/manufacturing or engineering management.
  • Demonstrated leadership of capital/continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
