About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer I to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing activities to meet established goals for safety, quality, yield, and attainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain systems that monitor key performance indicators, such as yield, nonconforming material, and attainment.
  • Work with the operations support team to investigate potential non-conformances, determine initial bracketing and product containment, and support generation of non-conforming material reports.
  • Responsible for product/process knowledge and understanding of basic cause-and-effect of line and process changes.
  • Understand clear criteria of conforming/non-conforming product and the test/inspection methods used for verifying product conformance.
  • Investigate adverse trends in line performance and report findings.
  • Prepare and communicate recommendations and action plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the application and principles of manufacturing and process engineering.
  • Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally to assist in resolving quality/engineering issues.
