We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our High Touch Services team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical experts who provide support for our clients' executives and traders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technical experts who provide support for our clients' executives and traders.
  • Provide operational support for Windows 7 and Windows 10, third-party trading applications, custom applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Manage service level agreements, tickets, assets, and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases to ensure team collaboration and consistency of procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate changes and projects to HT customers.
  • Build marketable practices for the High Touch team, including metrics such as TCOs, KPIs, assets, and asset management.
  • Manage team workload and customer requests, leveraging internal tools to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical analysis of requirements necessary for the protection of all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems.

  • Strong communication skills to provide clear direction and clarify information.
  • Ability to manage team workload and customer requests.
  • Experience with service level management, knowledge base management, and technical analysis.
