About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Team Leader to join our Water Infrastructure Design Center in Harlingen, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of structural engineering professionals in support of various water/wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural design strategies for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including treatment process basins, chemical facilities, administration buildings, retaining walls, pump/lift stations, tanks, vaults, and other associated structures.
  • Lead and manage a team of structural engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement business development strategies for structural engineering services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in structural design engineering, with 2+ years of experience in project/team leadership.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Preferred attributes include 15+ years of structural engineering design experience, registration as a SE, and working knowledge of Revit CAD programs.
