Civil Team Leader

Join Garver's Water Infrastructure Design Center as a Civil Team Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of site civil designs for water and wastewater treatment/pumping facilities, including complex treatment plant/pumping facilities yard piping systems and site paving, access, and fencing. You will also oversee the preparation of calculations for the design of stormwater detention and conveyance, and coordinate floodplain permits, including a determination of base flood elevations. Additionally, you will manage a team of civil engineers, coordinating schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring delivery of quality work products that adhere to Garver standardization. If you have a strong background in civil engineering, experience in project or team leadership, and proficiency in Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
