Job Overview

Federation Housing, a leading not-for-profit real estate management and development company, is seeking a highly skilled Human Services Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for providing supportive services to low-and-moderate-income seniors in Northeast Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with tenants to assess their needs and eligibility for supportive services.
  • Conduct outreach to identify residents who require assistance.
  • Evaluate resident needs annually and make referrals to community-based agencies as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with older adults and their families, and have a strong understanding of community resources.

This is an entry-level position, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred. However, individuals without a college degree who can document relevant training and experience may also be considered.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
