Job Title: Compliance Specialist

JEVS Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our Work Ready program team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of participant data, generating and reviewing reports, and providing direction to clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor participant participation and share information with clinical teams.
  • Generate and review reports to track participant hours and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Compile, review, and submit relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation of participant data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review case notes weekly to provide direction and guidance to clinical teams.
  • Identify gaps in services and propose solutions to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of human service/case management experience.
  • Previous workforce experience and knowledge of EARN program policies.
  • Experience in case management and proficiency in MS Office applications.
