About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with our residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Help residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop Individualized Service Plans: Collaborate with our team to create personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Participate in Community Activities: Engage residents in life-enriching activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise programs, and social events, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure Resident Safety: Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some states requiring a higher level of education.
  • Previous Experience Working with Seniors: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with our team and residents.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: The ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional care and services is crucial.
