About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with our residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
  • Assist with Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop Individualized Service Plans: Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized service plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Participate in Care Planning: Participate in care planning and decision-making processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: The ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial for this role.
