About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide Assistance with Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Monitor and Report Changes: Notify management of any changes in a resident's condition, recommending adjustments to their care plan as needed.
  • Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Ensure Resident Safety: Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting risk management practices.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Requirements
  • Dedication to Serving Seniors: Possess a genuine passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive Attitude and Flexibility: Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
  • Previous Experience Preferred: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
