Account Executive - Be a Growth Partner (Remote)

About the Role

iPromo, a leading promotional product company, is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Enterprise Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, through prospecting and developing strategic solutions for our clients.
  • Product Expertise: Research and stay up-to-date on our promotional product offerings, creating compelling proposals and providing samples to clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize our company store platform, manage quotes and orders in Salesforce, and collaborate with our internal team to streamline workflows.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure clear communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment, and collaborate with our internal team to meet client needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows to stay informed about market trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of promotional product sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing leads and the broader market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM/ERP systems, and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
