Qualifications Required:

A minimum of 5 years in a sales-focused role, particularly in new business development at a large enterprise level, specifically with organizations generating over $1 billion in revenue.
At least 3 years of experience as an enterprise account executive.
Demonstrated history in a full-cycle sales environment.
Experience with technical enterprise software solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skilled in generating revenue by identifying client challenges and proposing appropriate products or services.
Strong networking and contract negotiation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful with strong research capabilities.
Motivated by challenges.

Job Overview:

In this position, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving new business growth for Accusoft, specifically targeting large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies and beyond.

This position is focused on prospecting and generating new business, managing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting sales calls, continuously updating the CRM system, and achieving sales objectives.

Your daily responsibilities will involve working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to source qualified leads and engage in outbound prospecting across a global market.

Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams during the proof-of-concept phase and transition into offering licensing opportunities to new accounts within your designated territory. This role requires the execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed established sales quotas.

In this capacity, you will manage all sales activities and orders within the sales database, guiding prospects from initial interest through to order processing via system updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Forecast sales performance within a range of -5% to 10+% on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Become well-versed in all products and services offered by Accusoft.

Develop an addressable database utilizing various prospecting techniques, including cold-calling, win-backs, and email outreach.

Maintain a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for MQLs of less than 24 hours.

Ensure accurate CRM records for each lead, prospect, or opportunity within your assigned territory.

Participate in networking events or trade shows to expand prospect databases and uncover new opportunities.

Utilize customer account management skills to maintain and upsell to clients during the first year.
