Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes and communities. As a Physical Therapist with VNS Health, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team to deliver personalized therapy programs to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accident.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients
  • Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
  • Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
