About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Spectrum Ventures. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor external companies and our own construction teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Collaborate with regulatory approval and inspection agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Schedule and conduct on-site meetings to facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Oversee site billing, including verifying measurements and invoices to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Plan and coordinate route alignments for relocation projects to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the creation of performance specifications to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a construction foreman/technician in civil engineering (earthworks, road construction, and sewer construction), master craftsman in pipeline construction, or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a construction manager/supervisor in the field of civil engineering.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
  • Experience in implementing civil engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of the VOB (Parts B and C), ZTV, and RSA.
  • Class B driver's license.
