We are seeking a National Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales development and a proven track record of success in selling onsite maintenance contracts to high-end office space clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think quickly on one's feet and overcome objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at high-end office space clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in selling onsite maintenance contracts to high-end office space clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on one's feet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Above-average skills with CRM software (Salesforce.com, ACT, Zoho)

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
