Job Overview

Biltmore Executive Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Director to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the financial health of our company and clients.

This senior-level position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals, implementing accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification and fluency in Spanish and English. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of the accounting group, including direction and support of the accounting team in the US and internationally.
  • Maintain standard accounting policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems for clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead the preparation of account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close are executed on a timely basis, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine and non-routine clerical/accounting/finance functions, adhering to standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with the tax group and other stakeholders within the organization, ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
