**Job Description:**

The Facility Program Manager will lead the design, engineering, and implementation of white space deployments, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

This role will support client operations with the primary interface with the client's Data Center Managers as it pertains to white space projects.

  • Program Management:
  • Design and engineer white space deployments to include cabinets, racks, structured cabling, power from bus or receptacle to power strip, and air containment.
  • Implement white space deployments in accordance with client specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address white space deployment needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent field of study or work experience.
  • Minimum five years' experience in facility management or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering white space deployments that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
