Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Renasant Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Execution: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Execution: Identify opportunities to sell our bank's products and services to our clients, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all branch operations are running smoothly, maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
  • Skills: Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results; ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results; effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior Personal Banker: Minimum of 2 years of successful personal sales experience; ability to handle complex transactions with limited supervision.
  • Licensed Personal Banker: Current State insurance license; ability to meet licensing requirements as established by the Bank's broker/dealer, if applicable.
Work Environment

The Bank's professional working environment requires employees to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Employees must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working closely with internal business partners and external clients. Employees may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information within the working environment, therefore, must uphold confidentiality at all times.
