• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
• Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and ensuring they're met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
• Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
• Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Being a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
