Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our guests at the Courtyard hotel in Charlotte, NC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, and handling guest inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions and information as needed.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
