Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Front Office to join our team at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA. This role involves overseeing the operation of the Guest Services department, providing exceptional service to our guests, and driving business growth through effective analysis and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Guest Services department to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience.
