About the Role

Monstera Talent Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers at various events across Los Angeles, helping them find products that meet their needs, and closing sales on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Build genuine connections with event attendees and make them feel welcome.
  • Demonstrate Products: Present and explain our client's products, highlighting key benefits to drive customer interest.
  • Closing Sales: Confidently answer questions and close sales by showcasing product value.
  • Event Support: Support event preparation, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and organized.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to improve future events and refine sales approaches.

Requirements:

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission based on performance.
