We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Studio Royale by Cogir. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, families, and employees, while working closely with our Business Office Director to manage various administrative responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting in producing and managing accounts receivable, ensuring correct coding of accounts payables, and processing accordingly. Additionally, you will assist in residents' contracts, execution, and renewals, as well as assist the sales team with inquiries, tours, move-ins, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Working knowledge of general accounting, billing, collections, and expense management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
