Job Summary

Child Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our technology inventory, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and up-to-date.
  • Assign and distribute equipment to employees, as well as provide training on its use.
  • Oversee the company's phone system and ensure seamless communication among employees.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to employees, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer operations or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
