Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician

Kura Sushi USA is a leading provider of innovative dining experiences, and we're seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our Corporate Support Center team.

Job Summary:

The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our restaurants and corporate staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance
  • Evaluate existing applications and implement technical changes to improve efficiency
  • Support project plans and collaborate with management to discuss work progress and obstacles
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to restaurant staff and CSC members
  • Oversee the implementation life cycle, including testing and ongoing support for application systems
  • Implement solutions consistent with the architecture of our systems and software
  • Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of company policies and procedures
  • Report IT issues and problems, and make recommendations for solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
  • Strong technical skills and experience in restaurant/foodservice industries
  • Ability to work with operations management team and communicate effectively
  • Continued education in computer science, business administration, or related field
  • Experience with global environments and English and Japanese languages

Pay Range: $28.00/hr. DOE.
