Help Desk Technician

Kura Sushi USA is a leading provider of innovative dining experiences, and we're seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our Corporate Support Center team.
Job Summary:
The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our restaurants and corporate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Evaluate existing applications and implement technical changes to improve efficiency
- Support project plans and collaborate with management to discuss work progress and obstacles
- Provide technical guidance and advice to restaurant staff and CSC members
- Oversee the implementation life cycle, including testing and ongoing support for application systems
- Implement solutions consistent with the architecture of our systems and software
- Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of company policies and procedures
- Report IT issues and problems, and make recommendations for solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
- Strong technical skills and experience in restaurant/foodservice industries
- Ability to work with operations management team and communicate effectively
- Continued education in computer science, business administration, or related field
- Experience with global environments and English and Japanese languages
Pay Range: $28.00/hr. DOE.
