Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
iCST is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst 2 to provide technical support and assistance to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer software and hardware problems, as well as providing training and documentation to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer software and hardware problems
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to end-users
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
