Help Desk Specialist Job Description

At ABBTECH Professional Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop and laptop computers, software applications, and hardware
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
