Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers and address their inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and prompt manner.
  2. Monitor and trace a high volume of customer orders.
  3. Input, update, and manage customer orders across multiple platforms.
  4. Ensure compliance with daily delivery schedules and guarantee that all necessary documentation is accurately submitted to the head office.
  5. Resolve client complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  6. Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
  7. Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers while keeping customers informed.
  8. Investigate and resolve all transactional issues to ensure timely reconciliation of reports.
  9. Foster cooperative working relationships among team members and internal staff.

Qualifications:

A college diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain sector is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Candidates should possess strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving rules, regulations, and procedures.
