Position Overview:
The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of technology solutions for our clients. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from both a commercial and technical viewpoint, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, account representatives, and technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate success strategies for client accounts by establishing metrics that support product onboarding, user adoption, and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients, coordinating support initiatives and organizing solution delivery while establishing a trusted advisor relationship.
3. Manage a technical account portfolio to offer expert guidance and recommendations.
4. Align AvePoint's product offerings to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the unique business needs of clients.
5. Develop tailored customer success plans utilizing metrics such as net promoter scores (NPS) and other relevant customer data.
6. Collaborate closely with account managers to understand both immediate and future sales strategies, identifying key areas to enhance customer success through product adoption and satisfaction.
7. Guide existing clients through contract renewal processes, partnering with sales teams to facilitate renewals.
8. Assess and comprehend a client's adoption status and support history throughout the post-sales cycle, integrating these insights into the overall customer success strategy.
9. Pursue strategic goals to overcome obstacles and guide clients toward achieving success.
10. Attain expertise in the features and advantages of our applications.
11. Plan and conduct onsite visits to client locations as necessary to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives, executing executive business reviews for clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical consulting capacity, such as technical account management or business analysis.
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction, service, adoption, and retention.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
- Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic setting.
- Strong experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Expertise in customer relationship management.
- Advanced skills in understanding business objectives through effective requirements gathering and analysis.
- Excellent organizational awareness.
- Familiarity with technical areas such as Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and current software protocols and Internet standards.
