About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kent Outdoors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including paddle boards, kayaks, skiffs, docks, and gear, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring all store procedures are followed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability required.
  • Skills: Direct experience in customer experience and delivering sales and KPI targets, excellent time management abilities, strong attention to detail, and ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
