About the Role

At Bank Iowa, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Bank Iowa's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account opening, loan origination, and deposit growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank Iowa's products and services, promoting them to clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other Bank Iowa team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
