Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Bank Iowa Corporation. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our banking services to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Originate consumer loans and new accounts, while ensuring a superior client experience for both retail and commercial clients.
- Prospect new clients through outbound calls, promoting our brand and services, and identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Meet individual performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, and client experience performance.
- Analyze credit and financial information to process loans and other bank products, ensuring compliance with applicable lending policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or loan office setting.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
