Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Bank Iowa Corporation. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our banking services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate consumer loans and new accounts, ensuring a superior client experience for both retail and commercial clients.
  • Prospect new clients through outbound calls, promoting our brand and services while identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Meet individual performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, and client experience performance.
  • Analyze credit and financial information to process loans and other bank products, adhering to compliance regulations and lending policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or loan office setting.
  • Strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
