Key Responsibilities- Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assists customers in making informed buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
- Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store, replenishes product on shelves as required, and remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing.
- Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves and maintains a clean, neat, and well-stocked work area.
- Follows all company policies and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
