Job Overview

Horizon Services is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team at our Audubon, Pennsylvania location. This role involves setting and scheduling HVAC sales leads for outside sales team members, initiating customer contact through a combination of inbound call taking, outbound calling, and email, and telephone sales to qualify leads, overcome objections, and set firm appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and schedule HVAC sales leads for outside sales team members
  • Initiate customer contact through a combination of inbound call taking, outbound calling, and email
  • Telephone sales to qualify leads, overcome objections, and set firm appointments
  • Act as a corporate sales liaison between clients and Horizon Sales Consultants
  • Strong customer follow-up, lead management, and organization
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • 3+ years outbound calling experience
  • Ability to handle 100+ inbound/outbound calls per day
  • Prior inside sales experience strongly desired
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ability to quickly learn and master new software
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC a plus
