Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships to create lifelong customers. Guide them in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Become a product expert. Understand the intricacies of our offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
  • Learn to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eager to quickly learn about new products and features.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate verbally.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are necessary.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and depth perception.

Work Environment
  • Up to 90% of the time spent standing and walking in various weather conditions.
  • Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
  • Constant engagement in communication with customers.
  • Frequent standing and walking required.
