Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our Behavior Technicians, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and support to families and children
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance
  • Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth
  • Hire, train, supervise, and develop Behavior Technicians
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Be a leader, master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills
