We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As a CT Technologist, you will assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for procedures and operate CT equipment
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year/Associate Degree preferred
- Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or ARRT-approved Nuclear Medicine Program required
- 1 year experience in CT preferred
- Certified and registered by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire
- Certified and registered by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire
This position is 36 hours, full-time with benefits, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am-8:30pm.
