The University of Arkansas System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nuclear Medicine team. As a RN in Nuclear Medicine, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff to coordinate care for patients, triage patients, and facilitate appointments.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient progress and ensure care is consistent with patient-centered principles and practice standards.
- Administer medication according to department/unit standards and Nurse Practice Act.
- Verify and evaluate care delivered to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
- Communicate care effectively through documentation in the medical record.
- Report variances in care/systems/processes through appropriate means.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Valid Registered Nursing License.
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and accountability.
