Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Intake Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals who have experienced workplace injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to listen attentively, collect pertinent information from the injured party, their employer, or related individuals, and accurately input this data into our systems to facilitate timely medical care.

Work Environment:

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility for candidates. The working hours will primarily be in the afternoon, including one weekend day. The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay incentives as you develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through both phone and email communications, managing inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • Address client, patient, and provider questions via various communication methods, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and state regulations.
  • Handle daily correspondence efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Demonstrated reliable work history.
